Best noodles in the area, hands down! This spot is located inside the Great Wall Mall on the right side near the back, next to the Pho restaurant. Service is pretty good, they are attentive to taking orders and refilling waters. All of the noodle dishes are so good, as well as the appetizers. Place is usually pretty packed on weekends, so you may have to wait outside in the Mao for a bit until seating becomes available. (Worth it IMO)

I finally had the chance to try Hue Ky Mi Gia in Kent, and let me tell you—this spot is a hidden gem for noodle soup lovers. I went with the hu tieu thap cam, and it was everything I hoped for and more. The broth was light yet packed with flavor, and every spoonful felt like a warm hug. The mix of toppings—tender shrimp, juicy pork, and other tasty cuts—was super generous and cooked to perfection. The noodles had that perfect springy bite that made the whole dish come together beautifully. The atmosphere inside was cozy and lowkey, with friendly staff who made the experience even better. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back the moment you finish your bowl. If you’re ever in the Kent area and craving something comforting and flavorful, don’t sleep on this spot!

Always come here for hu tieu xao. The portion is huge with lots of protein and veggies. My appetite has absolutely been satiated. The one reason that makes me come back to this place all the time is they manage to be quite consistent with how the dish tastes. There are plenty of dishes on the menu but this one certainly is my fav.

This is my go to place when I want a good bowl of noodles. Disclaimer: not pho, but Chinese noodles. They are so good. I recommend the salt and pepper chicken wings and combination noodle.
